So that all people find new life in Christ.
Noah LaRoe is a passionate and dedicated leader hailing from Adrian, Michigan. His ministry journey began when he attended an inner-city missions internship in Baltimore, MD while working towards his Bachelor's degree in church leadership from Lee University. After graduation, he accepted his first church position as a youth pastor in Kentucky, where he met his wife, Kristin.
Together, they made the move to the Piedmont Triad in 2013 as a part of the original launch team of Piedmont Chapel. For eight years, Noah served as the Executive Pastor, eventually assuming the role of Lead Pastor in December 2022. Today, this couple works side by side in leading this church family deeper in their relationship with Christ.
Noah and Kristin are proud parents of three beautiful children - Kennedy, Brynlee, and Channing. When he's not busy leading the church, you can find Noah watching Michigan Football, listening to podcasts, running Spartan races, or pursuing anything that involves a bit of adventure. As a family, they love spending time outdoors and sharing movie nights together.
This family’s dedication to their faith and community shines through everything they do. Their compassion, enthusiasm, and care inspire those around them to seek a deeper connection with God and to live a life of purpose.
